As my finger healed, I began to return to my normal wire basket-making techniques. I was really enjoying covering wire frames with felt, though, so I continued to do that. Here are some of the results:

Some of these sculptures didn't survive the moth infestation of 2015, but others did. Here's how that last one looked after being coated with fabric stiffener:
